MessagesfromJoy was inspired both by my middle name, Joy, and from the Universal Joy that is all around us. My background as a Physical Therapist, Restorative Yoga Teacher and Guided Meditation Specialist give me a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I write to share messages of inspiration, pieces that provoke and provide new ways of perceiving the world and life’s experiences.
