Messages from Joy was inspired both by my middle name, Joy, and from the Universal Joy that is all around us. I write to share messages of inspiration, pieces that provoke and provide new ways of perceiving the world and life’s experiences. My background as a Physical Therapist, Restorative Yoga Teacher and Guided Meditation Specialist give me a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.  You will find tips on all aspects of mind, body wellbeing, stress management, yoga, meditation and ways of living well with a chronic illness.
